Good news T-Man, I found all the parts and the tie rods. I will have to send 2 boxes for the tires are so big. Total cost for BOTH boxes $41.

I like to see what I am buying so I took some pics. As you can see the tires are like new. All parts are in working order with good bearing and what not. Just will need to be cleaned and painted. Complete every thing you will need down to the o-rings for the wheels. You have the shocks and wheel already from my last box. I also tossed in a Ody skid plate. You can see the round cut out. That sits up next to the from main bar protecting the tierods and pitman arm. The tires are the baloon type that take a lot of bumps as well. They go over anything so to speak. This setup is heavy so I think it will work well on a kart. More lbs up front the better. Total weight of both boxes is like 67lbs. The J-arms are way over built, Probably for a reason though. Ody's can pretty much take anything all day long. You will never damage on Ody spindle. King pin design like small cars. You will bend the main bar before you bend the j-arm or spindles.

Your going to have a moshing kart friend. This front end will be rock solid on a kart. All painted up and sitting on a kart will look mean. I can see it now. You can make a square frame. Then make a really cool looking roll cage. One like my blue Ody or something. Ya man... Till Cody it's a Dune Buggy. LOL

At a later date I can send you rear tires, wheels and hubs if thats what you want to use. with these front tires your going to have to use a larger rear wheel to match. I have a bunch of 50% tires to match the front tires I am sending you. You will have to make a hub though. Ody rear hubs are cast and splined.

You will need bolts for the wheels. And some cotter pins to complete this front end setup. You will have to find a thick walled main bar as well.

Oh ya do not forget the bonus items I like to send. You never know what I can dig out of my shop. $40 is a lot of money. But look how much your saving in the long run. And then look at the setup. I have no problems holding the parts as well. when ever you want them there yours.

Some pics

Edit: I just tossed in some Ody seat belts.

Also if you look at my yellow buggy. The builder did the same thing you are going to do. He used the front main bar. And built everything from that. He even used the column and wheel. Same thing really. This is not stock set up though. Custom j-arms and the setup has much more travel. If I was you I would go complete stock ody specs down to everything. They drive like a caddy.

I would not worry about the tie rods hitting. Honda had these things well thought out. Say you were to hit a rock. the skid plate would skip the rock under the tie rods. If the rock was out by the wheel. The j-arm will act as a skid plate and skip the rock past the tie rods. I also seen guys weld plates on the bottom of the j-arms. You can use the skid plate I am sending you. Or you can build a heavy duty foot pan like the builder of my yellow Ody did. This also gives you nice place to put your feet.

No problems with tie rods in this vid.

george, I'll have to hold off on this. I'm working on getting some promotional stuff lined up for my site and my YT stuff. I went over to this ladies place the other day with my neighbor and she had some homemade buggy that she wanted to get rid of, if her husband says ok, then that will be an awesome restore project that I might be able to use that front end for. Looking at them closly if I built Codys kart with them I think the end result would be to big for my 4 year old to handle. So I'll have to hold off on this.

Do you want me to hold it for you? Or you want to scratch it? I can hold it for a few but not forever kind of thing. :D

Also any kart you make is going to be tuff for him at this age. With my parts you can make him a kart that will last a life time and then some. If it matters at all. The Ody's turn very easy. my wifes whimpy girlfriends can ride them no problem. Your daughter would be able to cruz it well. The hand levers is so nice for all can ride.

sure , hold on to them for like two or three weeks if you could. That stuff would be usefull. What bolt patturn is that on the hubs ?
Be sure, if you can, to do some videos of your yerf dog revival because those karts are common and you would be giving kids some ideas for their karts when they search.

If I remember right the bolt pattern is 3x100. I could be wrong I will have to check.
