Honestly I would not go adding the dual A arms to this lart. It is a yard kart and the material is quite thin. Find one of the 150cc frames that already has the dual A arms and upgrade that with your motor and like a Polaris gearbox and clutchs.
In other news almost got my new carb tuned. God does it accelerate a crap ton faster than the stock carb
And the belt I used at last race vs a new one (5-6 1/4 mile passes plus a couple test runs with new carb

My original intent was to use this as a test bed for the motor. And go back to the 212. I did a small 6" jump and going back looking at frame by frame, it is squatting and twisting quite a bit. My next build is going to be from scratch, JB squared tubing bender is on order. If you look in the videos you see a red Yerf Dog frame sitting by the mower deck, And I thought about it, But that thing weighs a TON. I can design a lighter stronger frame even after a few glasses of scotch. I am thinking about modeling it after this:
