I noticed when it was jacked up that the driver pulley was wobbling and it wasn't like that before

So it basically came undone? Was the bolt on the driver shaft sort of loose like it unscrewed itself? I’m trying to visualize the issue.

When you put in the bolt that holds the driver clutch on the engine, put some blue thread locker on it. If you have a torque wrench and a strap wrench ( to keep it from spinning ), torque it to 25 lb. ft. Also, running that type of air filter ( and probably a bigger jet ) you will gain performance from using a header style exhaust.
