well mine turns fine. just that wheel is turning to much.

When the Pitman arm is at it's centered position are the tires pointing straite forward? Are any of the tie rods bent at all?

umm.. i think. i will have to check. but im pretty sure they are.

Also check the spindles for they may be bent as well. See if one wheel is closer or further away from the spindle.


When I got mine I could hardley fit my finger between the wheel lip and the spindle. On the other side my finger slipped thru easy. I new it was bent then.

to me, it looks fine, but, i cant tell, has it already been lengthened? is it easy to steer? does it fall into turning totally sideways?

I am not a steering guy. But my 3020 did not have that much turn. Something is going on there.

Measure the distance from the wheel lip to the spindle nut. It looks like it is bent up. Measure both sides.

with the pitman arm centered. Are the wheels pointing straite forward? Do not line up the wheels. Center the arm (pitman arm) thats welded to the steering shaft. And see where your tires are pointing.
