Yerf Dog 3203 with a 212 Predator - Need Advice

my son and I picked up a 2006? Yerf Dog 3203 that had a 212 Predator added at some point. The TC was pulled and it looks like he tried to add a CC instead.
I have all the parts (I think) of the TC and have been working to reinstall.

Problems I am seeing... The jackshaft sprocket is SLOPPY. I can't find ANY info on jackshafts to determine is it missing a bushing or a bearing(s).
How does it come apart? Or is it just a replaceable part? Where do I find them for purchase?

The predator with the top clutch on, does not line up with the clutch on the jackshaft.

I've been searching around here about 30 minutes with no luck.

Just Ebay a new 30 series torque converter. they are almost cheaper than clutches these days! bought mine brand new for $52 came with instructions and everything. couldnt be more pleased and more headache free

What sprocket goes in it, or is there one on it?

Whatever you want. 8,9,10,12 c-type sprocket. With a 60 tooth sprocket...8,9 or 10. That kart also works best with a 7” driven. It isn’t a light kart and torque is your friend. It came factory with 60/10 gearing, 20” tires, and 7” driven. For reference I use 60/8, 7” driven and 20” tires and top out about 37mph with a stage 1 ungoverned 212. I can climb anything with this setup.

In the first picture the bushing closest to the engine is not supposed to be there but spaces the clutch correctly.

Jackshaft is loose most likely because bad bearings, you can get new ones just make sure that they are rated for high speeds (no lawnmower bearings). As for the sprocket it seems a little worn so just count the teeth on it and order a new one but make sure it is the same pitch.

But honestly how hard is it to diagnose a problem like this. If there is an issue of it being loose there are literally only two possible issues. Either bad bearings or the shaft is bent. If you feel slop while moving the crank up and down it’s bad bearings, if it wobbles while it turns it’s bent

I’m just being brutally honest we shouldn’t help people with issues this simple, nobody wants to work to their own solution anymore. That’s what’s frustrating about being on this forum,
Most all the questions new people have can be googled and found solutions to, heck half the time before I joined I was looking at archives from this forum. People are just so d#*+! Lazy now

Even a seasoned A.S.E. mechanic may have never touched a small engine, mini bike, gokart or anything the like, I reached into my 30s as a very experienced mechanic before I learned small engines at all, maybe not laziness but instead being uninformed. And when mentioning a gokart on Google 9/10 times it leads back to this forum, so apparently folks ARE Google searching, not to mention this site is primarily pre-teens, teens and dads fixing up toys, hobyists, not pros for the majority. Simple solution, if you can't keep from making people feel bad about asking a question you feel to be petty, read another thread, or don't comment derogatory and degrading things, most of us frown on that type of behavior here.

You are correct, that bushing would make it too far out from the engine to work without coming apart, it almost looks like the axle was flipped at some point and maybe the axle sprocket should be on the right instead, or the jackshaft may be backward and needs to be in front of the engine.

Does that jackshaft have sprockets on both ends or just one?

Well, he hasn't been on since September, but in case he ever comes back, I'll leave this here:

Maybe I'm seeing things, but it looks like that jackshaft bearing is worn. I can't quite tell, but it kinda looks like it to me. Pull the jackshaft out and check for ANY play in the bearings. Also double check that they are the right size(it happened with one of my wheel bearings, ya never know).
