Hi guys. I bought a yerf dog 3203 go cart today but the chain broke on it because the big sprocket isn't lined up wit the smaller one. I'm not a machanic but I can do some things but I have tried wd40 and Reyes soaking it and even beating on it to move it over, how can I get it over an inch? It's not welded so I don't k now what to do

Yeah, throw up a pic. You will usually have a few grub screws that nee to be loosened as well. It could have rusted a bit as well. Apply some heat to the sprocket hub and then throw some cold water over it. The shock can break the rust seal if there is one

Did you loosen the grub screws/locking bolts?

Throw up a pic or two so we can see what's going on

I took the two bolts that kept it " on " there, I will have to take a better pic tomorrow, I have one from a foot away doesnt show anything but il update it tomorrow.

Yeah.. we can't do much with that picture.

It would be good if we can see the sprocket itself sitting on the axle. Is the axle and / or sprocket rusty? If so, try what Landuse said. ^^
