well after 5 years of it sitting around missing pieces i finally got to start working on my 3202. i'm working on turning it into a mini buggy.
I have yamaha blaster shocks for the rear
15hp predator 420cc HF clone that has intake and exhaust will be made as soon as the flange comes in will build later with flywheel valve springs maybe cam ect..
jegs bucket seat
i think they're 22in atv tires for rear
atv rack welded on
i've been reinforcing the welds on the frame since yerf dog didn't do a very good job on the welds
i plan to get hydraulic brakes very soon
upgrade front tires and suspension hoping for 14in shocks to give a mild lift to level it out
eventually get rack and pinion steering

Do what you can to get Ackerman in your steering. The steering is not very good on these karts to start with, so if you can do anything to fix it, do it. Without help, the kart wants to flip at higher speeds.

i'm planning to upgrade to rack and pinion very soon and possibly relocating the steering to the center dependent on if i leave it a 1 seater or add another seat.
but until then what are the best ways to help my steering?

I actually am doing the same thing to my kart. I have the 30032 which is the same as yours minus the rear shocks. I'm running 22" Badlands in the rear and 20" mini bike tires up front. FYI...this thing is going to look gnarly when you get done. I was really surprised at how different mine looked after the new tire setup. I went with the Predator 212 (mainly for the price) and slapped a header and filter on it. Mine is quick but yours should be a neck breaker with that 15 HP on it.

Good luck with the build and let us know if we can help in any way.

I've got the 3203 and my frame welds looks nothing like yours, maybe the did a better job down the road. As for steering, mine is basic and haven't had a problem.

that sounds bada** did you have to do any modification to get the 20" tires up front to fit?
and i'm probably gonna run my built predator 212 on it possibly today if i have all the bolts in to run it which would be awesome considering theres a snow storm in ohio right now. mine is pushing 13hp and its typically on my minibike so i'm expecting it to fly i remember what a 7hp robin did (turned it into a drift machine).
i've never gotten a chance to see the 3203 in person its a shame i would love one but the welds on mine they would put 2 rows instead of welding the whole tube so i'm going to fix their mistakes. i'm just about done with that too but i need more flux core or gas for my welder. and mine is pretty basic also i don't see it being too bad afterall i've ran offroad karts my whole life just never anything faster than 45mph on an ork
i'll post some updated pics in a bit

To dumb it right down, run a stringline from the centre of the rear axle to the centre of kingpin. With the front stub axles set at the correct angle, the point where the tie rod attaches to the spindle arm should be in line with the string

i'll do that, and she's ready for test runs as soon as the axle bolts get in with a 212 predator of course built to 13-14hp.

it's already built on my minibike i'm upgrading the cam and conrod probably piston with all my other mods it should be in the 13-14hp range
also with the speed calculator i got an estimated 60mph with this kart take real world conditions into hand with the temporary engine i'd expect 45-50mph

not yet but its got
18lb valve springs
1:3 rockers
gx160 rods
aluminum flywheel
advanced timing
spark plug gapped
rejetted
thinner gaskets
walbro fuel pump
intake
exhaust
gx390 carb
throttle spacer with pulse fitting
top plate
governor removed
and once i get a new conrod and cam it should be making that power no problem i'd estimate it to be around 11hp now she feels nothing like the stock predator
