I say it is chopped. Look at the wires on the right side? They would be pulled tight under that many lbs. No body damaged.
Also whats up with all the staked cables around that area? Do you see them? Perhaps the car rode up on a cable and got stuck up on the wires.

Facing the wrong way. To get that car up on the wires it would have to come from the street. Also the tire is cocked the wrong way, driver side is turned to the right, if the car is hanging by the right tire the driver side tire would be turned to the left.
It's photoshopped, a car doing that would be a violent event no way power lines are going to hold 4000 lbs. Especially when you consider the kinetic energy required to lift and carry a 4k lb car up 20 feet.

Also they screwed up on the shadows. Car is maybe5 feet away from the pole but there are no shadows on it, yet they are cast all around.
