Race had nothing to do with my vote for McCain. Had J.C. Watts or Clarence Thomas ran, I would have gladly voted for them over McCain. I neither need nor want the federal government taking over health care or any other private sector industry. I mean, look how well they have handled Social Security and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.
