Kartless....
Let me go into more detail, I'm almost 18 and started with a pretty clean for a 92, 4 cylinder automatic Camry Sedan. That car was probably too much for me, it would go over 100mph with no wind on level ground
, Somehow I managed to drive it without adding any dents(~3000 miles) till the motor gave out.
I know I would have killed myself many times in a more powerful car doing some of the things I did with that Camry. I actually consider myself a responsible person who knows where his limits are. People actually agree with me on that, its not the typical "I'm a good driver" 16 year old bull****, its the truth.
So go ahead, buy a road rocket and go wrap it around a tree, or build a monster truck and roll it. Anybody with any common sense knows its a bad idea, you might even know it, you just ignore the feeling. If you manage to survive the crash all you will hear is "I told you so". Buying a fast car as your first or even second is like buying a liter bike as your first motorcycle.
