That pic is of a lawn mower transaxle.
Commonly made by peerless.
If that is what you want, find a cheap wrecked up Lawn tractor on Craigs list. and steal the transaxle.

Also is there a limit to what they can take, i have a 13hp honda. Would it take the power?

No, a motorcycle/dirt bike or a big twin trans with an added reverse gear(they make these for trikes. But these are serious money)

Here is a great example of a shifter kart engine:
Shifter kart engine

I cant buy something that expensive, something that will go about 80, but not too expensive. I cant spend 5k on a engine and trans

How much are those together? Something around 140cc-200cc

Big twins usually are bigger than 96ci(1500+cc).. Have seperated trans from motor..
The trans alone is typically $4k+ new(could possibly find a wrecked big twin, but it'll be at least that $(is a Harley.. Your going to pay money)... ), plus the reverse gear set (at least $1000-1500)...

Edit: Just reread you last post.... Your going to need spend money to get any transmission... They aren't cheap at all... Plain and simple... Or we'd all have them...

You wanna try to find yourself either a wrecked Goldwing GL1500 or Valkyrie or VTX1800 series w/ reverse. The engines are a lot cheaper and less maintenance than any Harley on this earth (Yes I'm trashing on HD owners. I had one. I'd know.) Plus with a little fabricating it'll make you a strong engine. It's 5 & 6 speed but you can pull away in 6th gear like a bat outta ****.

Honda TRX250 is the only manual ATV I know of that has reverse.

The Suzuki ltz 400 is full manual with reverse but it is liquid cooled, the Yamaha raptor 350 is also full manual with reverse and it is an air cooled four stroke and it might make a fun little shifter kart engine, the raptor 660 and 700 are full manual with reverse however they are also liquid cooled.
