Whats your worst workshop injury?

My worst injury was last year when my work came out of the lathe and hit me in the head, i had to get 13 stitches.

I haven't gotten anything worse than a burn or cut, nothing serious enough to stop working.

i have 2....

I was drilling out an airfilter cover with my drill press.....at the time i had long hair. I looked over to see how it was coming and my hair wrapped around the chuck and sucked me in, ripping out a good 2"x2" chunk of hair and taking some skin off my forehead. I saved the hair.

The other time i was re threading a hole in a shifter and some metal curled out and while turning the tap, it sliced me across my wrist deep enough to see muscle....and fat ...got 7 stitches for that one

I posted pics here before. I almost cut my finger tip off after slipping and slicing it on a sharp fresh cut of metal.

The worst ive had was a spark fly up my nose from my grinder today lol. i also had one go down my shirt which wasnt as bad as the nose.

Boring a 5/16" hole to 1/2" in the drill press. Had the wheel hub clamped to the drill press table firmly but when the drill bit locked into the materiel it sent the wheel hub flying towards me at about 900 RPM right into my chest. Hurt quite a bit.

Sorry tyler but thats kinda funny to me since ive seen it happen a couple time but my worst was in shop when we were drinking that day since there was a pep rally and me and 3 other guys in shop were having weed wacker wars lol 16 stitches across my back.

But not my worst injury the worse ive had was from my ex

Lets see i dated a pyscho that i never slept with and was only with her for a month chased me down the mountain in puerto rico at three on the morning with a machete and me running in boxers

Because I was sleeping when she showed up and she had the machete so I really couldn't get passd her so I hopped out the window

Worst for me was grinding welds and a piece came in through the side of my glasses and I thought I had it out after using the flush station. Next day still hurt a lot and my vision was really fuzzy. Went to the doctor and it turns out the piece of metal had lodged itself in my eye and then my eye tried to heal itself over the top of the metal. On top of that the fluid in my eye caused the metal to rust basically tattooing the surface of my eye. So they had to remove the metal and then using a little drill buff out the surface of my eye to remove the rust. Hurt like a *****.

Because I was moving to delaware and if she would of done that shed be dead
