Whatever it is, it looks like a pretty good candidate for a live axle. But for $50, that isn't a bad find. I paid $100 for a manco 415-10 frame that only had 2 flat tires on cracked wheels, and a 30mph speed limit sign, held on by tap-cons, for a floor pan. But the steering wheel, front axle, and passenger foot rest makes me think carter, while the pedals remind me of my manco's. I have no clue about the engine plate though.
