Since ya'll keep talking about tenderloin I couldn't remember having it, so I bought some yesterday and grilled last night, I don't have much experience grilling pork but I used the food thermometer and made sure the entire inside was at least 160 degrees, it came out slightly pink, juicy, and delicious

I haven't BBqed over charcoal since before the grass dried out and the trees starting turning brown. I think that was April.

Forecast is saying there's a chance of rain next year though, so I'll just hang around for what ya'lls cookin' until then.
