I wanted to build a Big Tire Trike from a Warrior with a GX240 and have been checking CList for anything cheap with a live axel. I find a picture of a large tire and the ad says "Cart w/ Tires Sale". Well he tells me that he cant get me a pic as his phone doesn't take them. (he's out in the sticks, so its not that uncommon) He tells me its a Manco Dingo 388-15 it turns but needs some help running. I just wanted to axel but its a nice cart  Now What? I have to pic. Move forward with the Big Tire Trike, OR cleanup and sell the Dingo and get back to making the Trike. Im 6'4" 300lbs so I'll never get to enjoy the cart myself really if that helps. I paid $150 for the cart for the Axel and tires. Your thoughts please. Thanks all.

Save the Dingo intact, fix it up and sell it if you don't like it...but you can fit it if you remove the unneeded, silly roll cage. The TAV is a good idea as well.

Good Dingos are getting harder and harder to find.

Am I the only one that noticed the PICTURES?

Why is there a Baja front end welded to the back of a Dingo?

Karts and mini bikes are not like people. You wont get a Trike that way.

Roll cages are for kittens!

Put this on it just to make sure it can push you around.

LOL, thanks folks. Yeah, maybe I should have mentioned the Trike / Cart image was to gauge the absolute epic-ness of how that rear would look on the trike. I have a mint Warrior with a China TAV (tav2) on it and it will go faster then the unbalanced tires want too and still take off with a wheelie if I let it. So moving the weight around isn't so much the issue as the length (also I had an old full suspension Bristol Intimidator that weighted about double this and broke traction and flew with a stock clone GX200 and TAV. I guess my issue is that I loved those tires for the trike. I will start cleaning it up tonight to sell it for $350 as is (but running-Likely just needs a carb clean-), or put some time into it and maybe ask $500. it just seems that those tires and axel are sure to cost me about $300 to obtain again. Any Value in selling just the frame? Maybe I could get more generic tires for the cart. I guess its only as valuable as what someone is willing to pay. Seems like a beefy kick *** cart, but after the 10 minutes it took me to get out of it, I think i'm willing to let it go. YouTubes may surface of that scene...

That Dingo looks complete, man, and not dicked with.

If it was in shambles then I'd see the value in cannibalizing it for the stuff you need but it looks like the factory paint and graphics still exist as well as the seat cushions. Is that an 8 horse Briggs? Usually by now it would have something newer on it (Predator), at least that seems to be the trend.

Don't you have any kids? That would be a great, enviable toy for an 8 year old... :p

I'm pretty sure that it's not welded on there, just set on the bumper😀

Well as much as I wanted to take what I need (because the axel wheels and tires are going to cost me over $300 anyway) I have already started cleaning up and ordered a new China carb for this nice 8HP Briggs. Its cleaning up really nice and I took the front part of the cage off. I don't know what it will be worth once its "one pull" ready, drives and breaks. But I'm guessing about $500. (or what ever the buyer pays for it). I did, however, pick up an old school race cart I think when going to find more parts. I went there to pick up an Axel but it was aluminum and say the cart, gave him $50 and he gave me the axel too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . Ill post pics for identifying the cart soon.

Sorry but, you seem to be going from bad to worse...

First, you buy a kart that no one in their right mind would separate for parts, then you buy an old race kart for the axle... but... it doesn't seem to have an axle

Ok, it came with an axle but, do the wheel hubs fit the axle?

You're quite the encouraging moderator, OzFab. All doom and gloom. I hope you make friends easily!
