Well... That just happened

Two days ago i twisted my axle, i got a new one thats a bit bigger i have it all together and i go to ride it, it worked fine untill i gunned, thankfully it just tore the key up and not the axel i was wondering if i could do anything to help it.

Uhmmm.... replace the key would be a good start.
Is there a specific problem?

It was a brand new key and it just shreaded it

What engine are you running? Did you go with a larger diameter axle or just longer? Bigger could mean either one or both, we need details and/or pictures. This usually happens with higher power engines (namely anything motorcycle, snowmobile). Are you running a steel axle, aluminum, chromoly, solid or hollow?
