Can you cut a MD can in half and weld it back together? That would take some skillz!

I almost welded two soda cans together, it was VERY hard, i kept burning through (tig) and it smelled like shart, but they did hold. Then i asked my teacher to try and he made it look so easy.

it works, and thats why he is a teacher, less heat, get nice and close and gently add weld

TIG welding 2 soda cans together very little if any filler rod is used. More fusion then anything.

My dad was qualified to solder to aerospace specs when he was younger. All of his joins where in very difficult places and they where inspected under a microscope for flaws or impurity's.

One time i woke up from a nap and my room was on fire. Then when i was trying to escape a Dragon flew into my garage and i had to fight him to death with a chain saw.

not trying to be a smart alec, but in middle school some of the guys could stickweld aluminum cans together. nice weld tyler. it was stick because they didn't get the millers until later. mig and tig are soooo much easier than stick
