Secondly: "SL I GHTLY MODIFIED FLYWHEEL"!!!!!

So...since govenor removal only gets you to 5400 or so....THAT point is mute...but more importantly is "slightly modified" ...that's different than stock.

I saw that too, but was thinking maybe they meant slight modified engine with stock flywheel.

Sorry Joe, lets get back to BBQ, Gold, and puppies.

Well you could, but keep in mind that you loose the balancing if you add magnets..
(frankly I'm not even sure the magnets fit... I doubt it tbh.)
and well..worse if you remove material to make room for the magnets;
it'll be nearly impossible to balance that flywheel again without a serious machine shop.

so you might end up with a less secure flywheel than before (which was balanced WITH magnets)

Your choice of course, but be careful.

Well, my evil plan to add magnets was foiled from the start, the flywheel won't even fit with the coils behind it.
I think I'm going to get one of those small 12V batteries they use in emergency exit signs, and maybe one of those old school bicycle light generators.
