dang, this go karting requires a lot of different tools and supplies. Unfortunately i dont have any so im gonna have to go spend more moneys on some rope, unless you can think of a quick alternative

i just tried to pull the flywheel and that sucker is on there, cant even get the bolt to break free, even with my breaker bar

I think I posted this in another thread of yours, but feed some rope in the plug hole so that the flywheel gets locked and can't turn, take the flywheel nut off so that it is just past the first thread, use a piece of 2 X 4 on the nut and give it a good jarring whack with a hammer. The shock will break the flywheel free and you can take it off. Don't try and pry it off, you might break something.

a breaker bar is an extended bar to put a socket on
the proper way instead of putting a peice of pipe on your rachet

he hasnt got to the stage of flywheel removeal

u can try to take the enigne to an auto shop and they will be able to get a rattle gun onto it

or try to heat the nut with a popane torch

or the dodgy last ditch bush method

put one hammer under the nut and hit the top of it in an undoing direction
works good as a last hope but is risky

id try the methods in that order

if u havnt put rope in the cylender yet then u have no chance of getting that nut off

once the rope is in and tight u should be able to crack it off

Yeah. I overlooked the part about not having the nut off yet. Like fowler says, if you have the rope in there you should be able to get enough leverage to get that nut off.

All better now!

Once again thank you everyone, you were all right . Basically everything was wrong. Learned a lot because of this motor and you guys's willingness to help me over and over.

I adjusted the coil, valves late last night and this morning it fired right up with has in the plug hole, so I put it all back together and filled the ya I and it runs great, starts first pull every pull now, at least for Today.

Now the never ending mission for more power starts. Hope you guys will be just as good to me throughout that journey.

Can't beat this forum, everyone has answers, most good but between all the combos something always ends up working.
