If you have the money, while they are already taking the front end apart, get new front coils. The stock units look pretty rusty, and they've no doubt sagged over time.
Most people upgrade to the MOOG CC822 springs, they're a heavy duty version of the stock replacement spring so the truck will be more level without screwing your alignment.

To me, that spring bucket would be a one day project at most, a shop or stealership will probably take longer than you will. Jack and support the frame, pull the coils, grind off the rivets, bolt on the new bracket. Then throw your new coils in at the same time.
Here's the bucket for a pretty good price, even if you had to overnight or 2-day ship it you'd save piles of cash over a shop rate...
