Once you remove your flywheel and tap the timing key out of the crankshaft, you can measure the thickness of the key. You should get a similar measurement to what we're getting here. No. I just tightened it up like I have done on other Predators.did you torque the flywheel to spec?
I don't think they are damaged. I put the stock key back in and it runs fine.well that could be your problem. you may also need to lap the shaft and flywheel if either are damaged.
