Throttle Cable Help

OK, I did not receive any help with the proper instalation of the throttle cable on my Yerf Dog. It has the 6hp Tecumseh, the cable on there now is rigged, I just received the replacement cable and wanted some help figuring out where it attaches to the carb. Is it underneath or on the lever on the side of the engine?? Please help..

on the tecumsehs ive dealed with, on the flywheel shroud theres a place where you hook up a cable then it pulls the arm and pushes the throttle butterfly,

There is no set way to hook up a throttle cable, Do a search on throttle hook up, there are at least 5 differant ways shown. use the best of all of them for your application.

But sounds like you just needed to adjust your cable rather than replace it.
