I don't know who's responsible for this, but after having my expedited order delayed, then finally waiting for the item to be delivered, I am most displeased with the handling and packaging of this wheel.

Also, The filter, the gasket, and the chain tensioner were not even wrapped. They were just tossed in with the rim to bang around during shipping.
My money doesn't grow on trees, and I would expect much better from OMB.

Was there no packing material at all?
Could you please look on the back of the packing slip and let me know the initials?
Please let me know every item that you need a replacement for OR I can give you any damaged items for free (if you can make them work).
If you'd like some new items, I will also provide you with a partial refund for the inconvenience. Just let me know what's usable and what isn't and I'll go from there.

There was some crumpled paper on the bottom of the box, but that's it. Nothing on top or on the sides, no bubble wrap or anything.
The gasket, the filter and the tensioner were ok, although not separately wrapped.
I'm currently working on the dented wheel, and I'm hoping I can get it to work.
There was a stamp on the back of the invoice. "MMM"
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter, and whether I can get it to work or not, I'll gladly accept your offer for reimbursement. I hope we can continue our business relationship, and that this was only a bump in the road.

I spoke with the person who packed your order and told him it was unacceptable. We have ample packing material and the fact that not much of any was used on your order is appalling to me. It will not happen again.
I'm going to refund you $44.99 right now. If you can't make the wheel work, please follow up with me again.
