Got the brake lever in with spacer and everything. Cut my cable casing to length, brakes are basically done other than hooking the cable and springs to the trans when I get it back in.

Started installing transmission
Found some worn out dog chain to make a tire chain for my drive wheel

good work! have you changed anything in the transmission? and did you get your belt tensioner figured out?

Reverse chain was removed and trans was repacked with grease. All I need to do now is figure out the tensioner and fuel tank mounting, then it can be taken out for its first drive.

FIRST robotics has put this thing on hold for a while, I have been slowly picking away at the tensioner and fuel tank framework.

Got a crash course in how to run a Bridgeport a couple days ago.
