I changed plugs it gets spark enough to see but otherwise fairly weak and it's getting fuel+ starting fluid I tried choke no choke and it just refuses to start. I was on the phone with the guy when he started it and he sent a video of it running yesterday what's going on??

Try adding fuel stabilizer or just take out the spark plug and a little bit of gas to try and get it to suck fuel into the carb

Already got one

If the spark plug is damp at all, just throw in a dry plug, pull it over at full throttle, no choke to make sure its not flooded at all.

Only two OHH60's have been a pain for me , one chipped a tooth off the plastic cam gear, the other sheared the flywheel key.

Good luck!

Yeah you can always throw the HF motor on, but that does not teach you much, and is generally not as satisfying as fixing something yourself.

Whenever I see weak spark I remove the coil, sand any rust off it and the magnet and also where the coil mounts on the motor then wipe down with a light coat of dielectric grease, reset coil air gap and hope for the best! 9 times out of 10 have been successful for me
