Stuck clutch...

So i dont have a picture but i got a naskart recently and it came with a racing clutch and sprocket and a 6hp tucumseh how do i get the clutch off it has the springy things pokeing out the back ill look for a picture someone help please i dont wanna break it

If you have a clutch similar to that, then that's a DISC clutch. Usually used in racing. FYI they are VERY EXPENSIVE. The cheapest brand new one I've found is about $200! Then again, in your video you speculated there was once a racing engine on the NasKart, so it would make sense if there is a disc clutch on there. Show us some pics!

There should be just one bolt holding the clutch on the shaft...
That bolt might also have a grease fitting as these are a needle/roller bearing clutch, that requires grease not oil for lubrication...

But post pics to show what you have..

Off hand... Thats a Horstman MDC racing Clutch...

You have that on backwards. That is an inboard running only type... That might be why it stuck....

Make sure the center bolt is out...get some wooden broom handles or the like...
Start prying carefully on both sides...use some penitrating lubricant on the shaft...
Work at it carfully...

Here in Canada... They are hundreds of dollars.. Expensive...

Yea i gotta be careful dont wanna break it i may trade the ticumseh with my grandpa for his 3.5 briggs so i gotta get it off

Just assume it's worth $250. Probably more. Use PB Blaster to help get it off.

If it won't budge right after you hit it with Blaster, let it soak for a few days, and keep hitting it with Blaster every few hours.

The worth of the clutch is more than the motor a few times over so I wouldn't even hesitate to drill out the crank if it came to it.

Its on a 6hp ticumseh ill friggin hack saw the crank and ill get that clutch off if pb blaster doesnt work
