Now there's your problem! If your body is used to being active you won't be able to sleep properly if you're not active. Whatever happens, I try to be as active as possible for at least 4 hours a day; when I don't, I have trouble sleeping.

...Plus the fact that my mind doesn't like shutting down either...

well i was never actually active at all. ive always been an inside type of person. but i like being outside. kinda weird. but anyways. i just remembered awhile ago that a month or so ago i was watching a show and it got me thinking about my life and how im doing nothing with it and that i just need to do something. it made me depressed and stuff. and since then i cant really sleep. guess i found my problem. im going to be applying for a job at an insulators union hopefully that will get me active and able to sleep again.

It just go for a run each day as well

I can't sleep either right now but that's mostly because there's about an inch of rain falling every 1 1/2 and the lighting is right over the house every few seconds

We have a storm consided huge in winter and its in summer during our bloodly harvest

:surrender::surrender::surrender:Based on the trailer, I hope I never work for that company.:surrender::surrender::surrender:

Sleep is vitally important for every one; especially since all land mammals don't have the "one side on,one side off" adaptations that the whales and dolphins have.

Your brain needs down time. I've pulled some :censored: hours for work in the past, and I'm to the point that I hope I never have to do it again (the mileage is catching up with me).

I've come to the conclusion that, when people say "at 40, you're 'over the hill'", it's because you don't have the energy or physical capacity to climb the hill any more :lolgoku:

Depends on where ARCA race schedule is
Well I guess you are still having problems sleeping. I use a sleeping aid sometimes when I feel a long night ahead. Its called melatonin. You can buy it off the shelf at walmart. Your body naturally makes it all it does is boost it a little. Like a protein shake does. I usually take a 5mg pill about 7pm and by 10 im knocked lol. And I sleep like a baby and feel soooo much better in the morning. Eh, just thought I'd throw it out there man. Good luck!

Yeah, same here. I work the graveyard shift so I pretty much sleep whenever I get still...unless I get past the point of no return and then I'm screwed.

When I saw the trailer for this I was like, "A movie about a machinist who can't sleep...I'm so sick of reality TV!" It's cool that it starts out with a gear machine too(which is what I do).

But if you see the whole movie, you'll see why I related it to the question, "what a month ago?"
