Need help finding a hex bore double 35 sprocket for my snowmobile go kart

Buy a double #35 sprocket and get a shop to wire edm the bore. Not sure you're going to have much luck finding that. Sure double #35 is going to be strong enough?

I bought the cart and thats the chain that was on it and it had a 440 on it I can take some pictures of it tomorrow

If the rain stops here i will look at my parts from snomobile that had a 440 too

I dont have the 440 I bought a 87 skidoo strotos 503 fc cut the front off going too weld that to my frame looking for a sprocket to fit the shaft coming out of chaincase that drives the track its a hex shaft

I have a 503 dc snowmobile engine I have a 54 tooth on axle but using the chaincase from the sled how would I know what sprocket I want on jackshaft

There's not enough info to provide a definitive answer, at the very least, we need to know what size tyres you intend to use...

it came with 18 in 8 in rims what do you think

thats the kart and motor and the motor mount with chain case its heavy duty steel gotta weight
200 +

I think you'll need at least 15 teeth to have enough meat left..

Lol For a second there i thought he was talking about a two piece sprocket with 35 teeth

Nope it runs 35-2 chain I reallly don't want to rebore and get a key put in one

I have one that is splined I will just get that bored if I have to.
