They lock up at a higher RPM Braden. When you think about it, It is harder for the centrifugal force to stall (Engage) the lighter shoes.

IT WORKS!!!!!

Got the clutch today, put it in, and woopeeeee It actually moved reasonably fast!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

I also realized the tire the seller replaced the one with a whole in it, wasn't tubeless, and the tube has a massive 5-10cm gash out of it, it doesn't hold any air at all, just releases as soon as it goes in, so I'd assume he knew about it. What a nice man......

What should I do?

Spark plug looks nice and clean, The choke is off, I've take off the air filter and it's closes properly, and I can hear the difference between it being on and off. Fuel ratio is 25:1, doesn't blow smoke, seems good. I'll try adjusting the carby next sunny day.

Ok, so how will I go about adjusting the carby? It still revvs fine when the wheel is in the air, just seems to choke when it has to work. What screw/where, and how much and how do I tell how much to adjust?

OK, I was just fiddling around with the screw on the carby with the spring on it.

I read somewhere to turn right in then turn out 2 turns, so I done that and it was full throttle when Is tarted it up. It took around 4+ turns before it started being different. At some stages I got the bike to go normally for 20 seconds or so, but then it would just bog down and stall. I couldn't find a constant happy medium between full throttle and dieing at full rpm.

Whats next?

Richen, depends on the carb, slide carbs require you to take it apart and change the main jet. if you have a diaphragm carb there will be 2 screws right next to each other, backing out the H one will richen the high end mixture.

4 stroking is when a 2 stroke misses every other hit, properly set up a 2 stroke will not hit max RPM on the stand it will go WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA BOGGGGGGGGGGGG WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA BOGGGGGGG, the bog being 4 stroking. I need to make a video of this.

Hmm, well my carb has a slide, so do I have to take it apart? How would I go about doing that? Would I be better off just buying a new carby from eBay? OR wouldn't it fix the problem?
