side cover stuck?

i usually get flywheels off by unscrewing the nut, remove starter cup, screw back on the nut but not so it is flush with the snout of the crank, and beat it with a hammer while suspending the engine in the air with rope underneath the flywheel.

it basically holds the flywheel still and pushes it off the engine.

jumps right off.

thats what usually do too.... it was extra stubborn this time, but i got it off eventually, and nothing broke! (well maybe a gasket or two)
