Hey, so I'm wanting to buy this old boy:

http://ocala.craigslist.org/mcy/1223743682.html

from a good friend...

Just one problem , eh.. I'm in Texas, and he's in... Florida.

Any tips on the cheapest RESEDENTIAL shipping?

I have honestly no idea how shipping really goes (unless it's for smaller-ish packages).

And yes, he was that former member here who was asking about his squealing clutch Tyler :)

you can ship bikes by Greyhound bus. You just have to pick it up at a bus station. Its the cheapest way to ship one..
Seems like you could find a cool older bike on the local houston CL....

That is way too much plastic! You know that plastic takes years to break down!

Dont you ever tell me how to live my life again! :roflol:

Seriously though, when your into go karting and fabrication and whatnot, you really cant be a tree hugger. The first month i got my 110 welder the electricity bill went up $25.

Plus, sled engines are environmental hazards.
