yeah sure your engine should have one of these next to the flywheel under the cover (the coil)

your switch should be a push to make switch. connect one terminal of the switch to the thin wire coming out of the coil then the other terminal to the cart frame or the engine. it must be touching bare mettle to work

Dirt bike motors are a bit different, the kill switch in a CDI system should cut power to the CDI.

Yeah also a dirtbike coil looks nothing alike one from a GX200 as pictured. It is often built into one of the side cover's.

the sprocket was a pain in the *** to drill it must have a high carbon content

i have changed my exhaust manafold to somthing a little bigger instead of the 20mm id pipe i slit some 40mm lenth ways and beat it round to fit i will weld up the cut i just need to make a bend in the pipe and aim it out the back how bad would it be if i made 2 90 joint in the pipe as i don't have a pipe bender or would i be better making loads of slits then welding it up the id of the pipe is 34mm so i don't think it will cause to much restriction

looking good, i just spend 8 straight hours working on my shifter (extended frame 1ft, made motor mounts, made gas tank and cdi mounts, and set up throttle), i like your design. Your neighbors are gonna hate that exhaust, i strait piped mine and its loud as hell, sounds like a harley on crack.

I have an '87 suzuki dr 100 engine in it, i'd like something better but i payed 50 bucks for the whole bike and the engine was just rebuilt, so i can't complain.

i dont no how many hp your engin had but acording to the net mine has 11hp at 9000rpm and it is plenty fast all it could do with is a smaller rear sprocket as it tops out at 45 i think with taller gering i could get 60+
