shifter cart up date now geered up with vids n pics

got some new bits of ebay a new chain and sprocket remade the rear of the frame and strenthend it up and gace it more ground clerance

if you wat the video carfully you can see the flames coming out the exhaust and the poping as it back fires

clocked it last night next to a car would hit 50 easy but if i pushed it i could get 60 but the engine dint like it i think i might get a bigger front sprocket

ok I have been dying to build one of these, how much would they cost because my birthday is in november which means $$$ also i can get a job. and I want to make sort of a low budget build just to play around in parking lots and maybe one day race, but there aren't any real good kart racing in northwest florida :(

If it won't reach max geared speed then you need LOWER gearing. Smaller front or larger rear. If by "the engine dint like it" you meant it was revving too high, then yeah a larger front is in order.

what kind of metal tubing was used for this project? as I have said. dying to build one... so i need some info? mauybe i'll make a super thread on info of making one...
