this is a 70cc go kart that has a top speed of 43 mph... maybe if I get the same gearing?

lemme help as if I were building

11 inch tire ( basic cart tire)
I would fab up a 1:1 ratio.. 14 tooth is on motor so I would put 14 tooth on axle..
you will have to prolly weld the sprocket to a hub.. since thats a SMALL sprocket

3.722 is the primary drive (gear reduction)
1.19 is 3rd gear
14 drive
14 driven

8000 rpms would net a tope speed of 59mph

1st gear would tach out at 20mph

now this WOULD NOTWORK off road


if you wanted a top speed of 45 the gear calc would be 20tooth on axle

keep in mind this is in THEORY

not sure on tire wheel size i am new to the racing slick sizes.. JUSTbought my first race kart

even though that is theoretical...It would still weild a higher speed than say 35mph which i say is good for me

and they come keyed.

so all you need is shaft collars...

there are some SHARP folks on here they should have some input as well..

this is all theoretical so.... and I am just GUESSIN it will work
1:1 ratio because the gear reduction built in to gear box... then the 3 speed should work out

ive never bought anything offline, not super good at finding what I need...

there ar eplenty of sprockets on there that arent keyed and come with set screw openings...sounds like something I can use, i just need to know what # chain I am using...
