Lol lights? I mean really how plain is that. Haha. i need something totally sweet like a...........heated seat! or or or a..........horn that goes ow-uuu-ga! lol.
Ok so i sorta forgot about this thread but im back now. But anyways... I havn't really done anything to it because the weather has been cold and im a couch potato in the winter haha. So i decided that i dont really want to use the front end of the four wheeler and so i want to take off the a-arms and the shocks and start building a new frame using square tubing because that would be a lot easier to weld on. Also i need some ideas on how to attach the rear swingarm. I seen that somebody on here used a hinge but i was thinking i should use bearings?? Any ideas on the swing arm would be greatly appreciated.
I'm totally ditching the ENTIRE suspension idea. Too complicated and time consuming for this year. maybe next year I'll do it. But if you do a swingarm.... Just make sure that it's pivot it vertically matched with your drive sprocket.
Ok so i got a different power plant for my sandrail. Its an arctic cat 500cc twin free air. And it runs so thats a plus. Tomorrow my friend and i are going to weld up the rear swingarm and junk like that. And i got some sweet lights for it.
Ok i came across a problem. So i took the jackshaft from the snowmobile off today and the end of it is splined. But the splines are somewhat large so i dunno how im going to find a sprocket to fit it.
