I think what he mean's is the more you mill, The more you kill flow. Meaning you just took off 40 thou.

im going to use a 125 bike engine in my go kart is it worth doing this i could do it at work on the cnc mill wouldn't take long at all would how do i check the valve clearance (its an ohv) and would a copper gasket be better than the standard one
