Yeah i was seen few arc videos and some old threads i think the 1.2 ratios will help the cl1 cam then later ill jump to a higher cam after trying them out on the cl1

Yeah, the hemi's run into spring bind at lower lift. They also get piston to valve interference at lower lift as well.
If you plan on going big later, may I suggest:

One of these.

And it's always a good practice to replace lifters when swapping cams.

And you can run these if you want or go to the gage rockers.

Ans I'd use 18lb springs, I'm not sure if the cam would like 26 pounders.
https://www.arcracing.com/dj-2056-honda-gx200-18lb-valve-spring-will-not-work-in-hemi-predator-head/

This option may be a bit over you're budget though, so it's up to you.

Sounds like you are just throwing parts at it. Since you aren't sure maybe you should call your cam manufacturer and ask for a recommendation of a setup.

They should come in tomorow ..does any one know if the roller gain on the low end or top end power

Power just in general....
The rocker takes say(just for example here), 1" of lift from the cam, and it turns it into 1.3" or 1.2" for the valve. It does that through pivot point location.
So that allows more flow into the combustion chamber, which = MOAR POWAH!:auto:
It acts like a higher lift cam, plus it also helps keep the cam from having crankcase clearance issues.

More power? NO...it equals jack$h!t and bent valves and busted pistons if you don't know what you're doing...he ain't working on no flathead.

It only makes more power if it's setup right.

I hope his tech sends him some good starting info...and to be honest I wouldn't tell him a d@mn thing about setting that up without being able to to get my hands in it with some good measurements. And then I wouldn't even pull the cord on it without clearance checking the valves and springs by hand... multiple times on those springs...

Yeah, with OHVs you do have to look out for the piston hitting the valves. :ack2:
I was mostly just trying to explain in a nutshell what ratio rockers do and why they exist. But thanks for pointing that out.

The answer is, expect power increases at higher RPM. Exactly what will happen is a question only a dyno can answer accurately.

As mentioned it needs to be set up properly. Here is one video on geometry. From the man who make the very best rockers available for these industrial engines.
