I want a video of this thing, please?

i will do a video sometime or another. i'm not like the rest of ppl who wont. i will make one . and if i fail i will show the remains and explain why i gave up.

But when it works i will make a video.

- i am not really going to turn 2 wheels into 1. it would be neat though cause it would be so light weight.

This kind of stuff is cute and sort of funny. But it's really been done to death already. Besides, why weld 2 bicycle wheels together when there's 2 perfectly good wheels on that table saw?

i live in the country so i chose bicycle wheels. hills and inclines. i already have the brakes planned for the declines. As far as i've planned, the brakes will be front mounted. hmmm... i have some more engineering to do. To splice one brake cable with the other cable for the other wheel. And it would be best to solder it after every 4 or 5 threads and then solder them together.

The tensile strength of electrical solder is legendary. Be sure and cover it in silicone caulk to prevent rust. Then paint it with paint. One thing though, when the fire spews out of the muffler, it might melt the solder, so have a wet rag on board.

Not "could", should. There isn't enough flame throwing vehicles on this forum. It would be epic. Have a couple more tall boys, and start engineering.

If You are not going to document any of this build, then you are just a troll, yanking our chains. Please, please take lots of pictures and document your efforts and results. It will be a great teaching aid for future generations!

And be sure to use a parachute as a brake.

You obviously can't appreciate the research and attention to detail involved in this build! If you look closely at pic#1, you'll see he has left room in front for Fred Flintstone brakes.

I'm curious how he plans to incorporate the fork in the steering...but it could be he has a big grill just out of picture, and needs it to turn the half hog he's cooking....

Well, got new engine. 6.5 HP Predator 8 ft. lbs torque @ 2500 rpm. only fired up once.

i modified it as soon as it came out of the box. throttle doesnt stick and can give it more gas for acceleration and a little more speed.

Need to make space for belt to run . Mount tires and find a decent way to steer.
That tire has no air, don't worry.

I certainly hope you have some extremely large rear view mirrors picked out!:cheers2:
Well if , or most likely when it gets reinforced with metals and i try to make it street legal i will get a panoramic rear-view mirror :)

Mirrors? Nah. What is really gonna be needed are some mud flaps.

Fenders are definitely on the list. when i get done with the wheel situation. but i may just wait and see if i can reinforce the wheels in time . cause i know i will be riding it before i should oh anxious and eager me.

Check out this patched up inner tube(sawdust on tire). it really works like a charm. i hope i dont have a bumpy ride. EDIT: its an oversized tube and squishes in there. should be fine.

Great post. I read somewhere on the Internet that if you fill the inner tube with water it will self-balance itself. Plus smooth water-ride.

Also bring on the reinforcement metals and massive mirrors!

haha :) . i'm glad you enjoy.
i'm going to save that for much later. if this goes as great as i picture it i will fiberglass a body to it as well. You DO realize by now i'm basically building a mini car or truck? :) its for around here on the property until i do more performance mods and add another engine .
