not sure how to do up a electric speedo
i finished the axel today. bearings were a tight fit

ha duh. eletric speedo. i have a shift light with a 7800 rpm pill in it.
i can wire this into the coil? ya. i did the same thing with my honda.
jus had another baby woot woot woot!!!!

i think this will end up being a one seater lol.
gotta get a 3/4 drill and make bigger holes so i can bolt the axle down.
weld on the spindle and rotor and work on the rear wheel setup and rear brake caliper mounting.

Where or what did you make your axle out of? I'm going to be using a 750cc motor as well and didn't know what I would need to be able to hold that power without bending or sheering.

a solid 1" steel bar 4 feet long.
got it at a local steel surplus place. it was $30.

got both bearings on and bolted down.
welding the wheel hubs on....

this is the discouraging part. all the wires and cables

welded the wheels on the best i could

welded little plates here and there to bolt stuff to. this is the coil pack.

since teh rear swing arm and motor will move up and down from theactual go kart body i left enough wire for movement

i think the wheels will need to be bigger/taller
i need to buy more angle iron for support here and there

a whhhole lot. my guess is 150lbs?
