Success I think
Suspension is not to stiff . squats down between 1 to 1-1/2 inches with me in it . More braces and gussets to go in yet but getting closer

Finally on wheels
Working on the steering and the original plan of go kart style won't work, tie rods have to be inline with the pivot point, if not the bump steel will be bad. Looks like I will be going with the 8" rack and pinon

Came up with a solution, did not like the 8" rack and pinion so I did this swinger system. Eliminated the bump steer when driving straight and I get very little when hard turned

Thanks
Been doing a little research on engine mods and how much I want to spend "adds up quick on a 390"
Figuring on 6.54:1 gear ratio with the 40 series I would get 15.89:1 low and 1:1 high which is not really low enough for hill climbs and high range is a little low "engine will be screaming at 50 MPH and drinking fuel "
Back looking at upgrading the TC to a 500 or 780 series I think I would get more bang for buck upgrading and leaving the engine stock?
The 500 series .920 belt width
21.06:1 low
5.3:1 high 39 mph at 3600
The 780 series with 790 driven 1-3/16" belt width
22.1:1 low
3.54:1 high 59 mph at 3600
Both are only rated to 16 HP

Hey, if you want some more power I do port work and cylinder head milling, If you are interested PM me and we could work something out, and if you are interested I would run your engine stock first and then have some port work and head milling done so that you could see the before and after difference.

I had not really gotten that far with it, one of the things around here is the EPA/CARB there are laws that state you can not modify these approved engines unless they are for racing only , bummer but we do need to do something to cleanup the air.

I am thinking the 500 series with a 6:1 ratio would get me in the ballpark of what I want
20:1 in low and 4.8:1 high , the stock engine would not have a problem with that

Well the wife was sitting in it and commenting on how she liked it so I gave here the option of this one or the other again took a split second and she said this one LOL
She said the Honda with the 40 series was fast enough for her don't change it and she liked the 22" tires. Couple braces, key ways ,and brake caliper mount and she is ready to roll.
Been giving the next one a lot of thought and what I am thinking is follow the same lines as this one but raise the nose hoop up and 1-1/2" to fit double A arms , little shorter wheel base with two engine mounted swing arms in the rear , can't fit much bigger than 200 cc engines because of width issues between shocks
