Screwed around with the lower arms then statred turning the hub/bearing holder/upright/thingy.
Overkill again, cuz of the parts and material availability. Its what we had in the MTL surplus storage area. 6209 bearings otta be up to the task. The spindle will be 45mm (1.77 in).
Purdy sure that will work.
Pics in no particular order.

First one was just a way to establish a starting point. Inventory is running low on 1/4 material.
Can't waste any with junk parts. Made #1 outta .095 sheet to see where it was, if it moved, bound up or any of that. Then by studying, parts interaction and movement, it was relativley easy to see what needed changing.
Credit to WTR for his lucky guess on how to fixit!
The answer has been verified using Ouija.

When is this gonna be ready for King of the Hammers

funny you would mention that! I guess they still hold that in Johnson valley, Lucerne Calif?
When l was a young pup, 20 something, l lived about 20 minutes away from there.
In the summer after work l would get my hot bride, a bag of tacos and my dirt bike. We would go out to Johnson valley, or soggy dry lake, have a picnic and ride til sunset. Good times....
