I would like to figger out where to get some learning about the wire harness.
lt looks simple enough to disconnect some of the useless shyt like kickstand switches and turn signals, how much of that stuff goes through the ECM. Disconnect the centerstand switch and the fuel pump quits? Or the ignition won’t work? B4 i start cutting i need some letrical learnin

On this installment of "project stoopid" we are gonna play WTF is that part? So here we go:
This thing hangs out of the main part of wire harness. Looks like it should plug into something. It has 2 wires but no terminals inside the cap, just a rubber bump. It was hangin when l started on it. There is nothing i can find for it to plug into. It does not appear to be magnetic.
There isn't a suitable description in the shop manual.

I tried pushing it, sticking a magnet on it, put it in hot water, used my whole "colorful " language vocabulary, and gave up.
kick stand switch was jumpered long tme ago.
l got the majority of the stuff figgered out.
