Putting grease everything wasn't really the best thing to do. You should have used a dry graphite lubricant. Make sure the bronze bushing on the driver pulley is lubricated.

It's best if you take it all apart, clean it good and put it back together eliminating the grease. The grease will be a dirt magnet!

I did that. I just cleaned it all, then lubricated it. Then i wiped it down. It's working PERFECT now.
