Any guess on how much HP, and TRQ this engine is making. Listed are some specs below:

Harbor Freight 212cc (non hemi)
-ARC Billet Flywheel w/4 degree advance in timing
-RuiXing Carburetor w/140 emulsion tube and .037 jet.
-High Flow Air Filter Adapter and Angled Air Filter
-MOD2 Grind, Predator Core Dyno Cams
-ARC +.020 3.328 Billet Rod
-210FA PISTON Assembly (hemi piston)
-.010" Predator 212 Head Gasket
-Head, Racing, GX160/GX200 Honda
18cc (UT2 Casting)Springs:22lb Valve Size & Type:27mm Intake, 24mm Exhaust, Stainless
-DJ-1100 Ratio Rocker 1.3 ratio
-Autolite AR3910X Racing Spark Plug
-AKRA/WKA Box Stock Header & Muffler Kit

I have heard anywhere from 10HP-15HP @ 20 ft/lb of peak torque.
My own best guess is 12.5 horses and 15 ft/lb!

I have a similar one to yours but mine is the Hemi head and I asked a guy in my neighborhood that supposedly has knowledge in these and he said that I probably doubled my hp. But I don't know just how knowledgeable he really is.

I'll be bluntly honest with you, we can sit here a guesstimate all day but, the only way to get an accurate reading is to throw it on a dyno...

Pick one ;)
12.5 horses and 15 ft lbf would be roughly 4400 rpm (if measured at the same time..)
no need for billet parts or heavy valve springs to get that much rpm, right?

But just guessing is BS...
want a dyno in your pocket? (for free :D)

enter the most exact numbers you can in app.kartcalc.net
(activate GPS and accelerometer on your phone)
store the kart on your phone (oh do not forget to do the settings for imp/metric numbers)
default is kg for weight and inches for wheel diameter.

take it for a speed run (oh.. closed track please!!)

based on the gear ratio and your max speed it'll calculate the max rpm, and with that (and the time it took to get there) the torque.. torque and rpm result in horsepower...

done!

well.. it's only as accurate as your gps and accelerometer of course, so yeah..
still better than just a wild guess by the colour of the shroud ;)

PS screenshots etc at kartcalc.net

PPS, sorry for selfpromoting my app.. but it fits, not?
