Occasionally these drive clutches need thin flat washers in the driver clutch, it can be necessary for proper operation. This washer needs to be 3/4" bore but only have an od large enough so that it can still slide freely into the clutch similar to the hub.

Finally. I used a washer to hold the outer part of the clutch further away from the engine which gives the belt plenty or room to sit when its at idle.

Time to put the new seatbelts on and get her going! Thanks guys for all the help

Well that idler washer was different than what I was talking about. I Pulled the outside of the clutch out a little more with a washer between it and the inside portion of the clutch.

Yes, that is what I was mentioning... it is required occasionally on these clutches. We had one customer who had his lock up when he decided to drive his kart home and ended up at a gas station parking lot nearly 3 miles away calling us for help, kinda funny and very illegal.
