Then I cut a flange from 1/4" steel plate. It's a divided exhaust housing, and this turbo is waaaay too big for the little Geo motor, so I only opened the side the closest to the CHRA. What that does is to effectively divide the exhaust housing volume by two, and by using the port closest to the center the gasses will come out at higher velocity and stay in the turbine blades longer. Hopefully I can get this thing spooled. We'll see.

I have a Turbo problem too. I have two he351cw, 1 TV7512 Garrett, a John deere T04E and a 54/56mm H1C. Had a few Chinese ones I traded and sold. Planning on having the one He351cw upgraded to the 67mm.

I have a few projects none finished. 1984 ranger 2.3 setup for 30psi. 1979 f150 400 had a 92 ranger and 351w/c6. Sold that truck, and had a 95f250 302 sold that. Bought a 2007f350 king ranch. Put 4500.00 into it last year when head gaskets went. Redid the exhaust manifolds bought new thicker cylinder heads from China and tried the new fel pro MLS gaskets arp studs, egr delete, new oil cooler, re sealed Injectors, blah blah blah. Note to self Alliant power oil cooler is not better than an Oem. Moving and doing that changed a ton of plans I had. I recognize you guys from ttf too. Don't get on there much. Kinda switched to yellow bullet. Will get back when I finish the 84 2.3 truck.

Mine is gonna do 7000 plus lol. Have diamond pistons, total seal rings, clevite bearings, crowed forged rods. Will the stage 3 clutch 88tc T5 hold up is the question. Have a custom 505 lift roller cam. Hoping the improved 8993 head gasket doesn't pop.

Slapped the new intake and carb on my truck this morning. Still have to put in the rest of the new fuel system, but that's a big step out of the way. I had to walk to the parts store 3 times by the time I got it all done, lol.

And a video to prove that it actually runs.

I've built several, although I bought that one from a TTF member that hangar18'd it. Blowthrough is a pita to tune, but once you get it right you don't have to mess with them. I get to tune this pos all over again now (facepalm) new carb sure looks good though, lol.

It would be nice to get Matt over here aka Sloppy mechanics. I have a efi source spectre efi stand alone to go efi and 83lb injectors but it's my first efi conversion. Been slacking a lot lately and started on the karts and now drift trike.

I know how it is, projects are like ducks. They just kind of flock together. My job is the only place that I get a sense of completion in my life right now, everything else in my life is a project.

Sweet. I just started to work on my ranger a little now that I talked about how I'm procrastinating. Gonna try to work on something everyday even if it's only for a half hour. Just want to break the motor in and drive it around before snow comes.
