Took a hiatus after that trip and got the minibike ready for the GPS 180 race. I raced it solo and completed 14 laps in 3hrs. Pretty good.
Anyway purchased all the irs parts, purchased a vangaurd 20hp vtwin, raptor 660 front suspension.....

Some quick specs. The spool has a razor 1000 brake rotor and caliper, streetbike sprocket. Mazda miata axles bolt up to the spool and take mini cooper hubs (golfcart bolt pattern for wheels!)

Front suspension is yamaha raptor 660 a arms hubs and knuckles (with disk breaks)

Honda trx400 shocks front and rear

Duromax 440 mild build (for now.....)

Comet 780 driver and 90D driven

Final drive 9.4-1

22" front and rear tires.

Shooting for >575lbs

I think those 20 horses are in no way excessive for this project. You’re going to need all of them. I presume the Briggs has a lighting coil/alternator?

Just hafta say, I like your solution for manufacturer stickers. Instead of plastering them all over your workbench or tool cabinet (or your car, heaven forbid) you have them all on their own “canvas”. That’s tidy. They’re fun to collect but there’s nothing I own that would visually benefit from 50 stickers plastered all over.
