I don't think it's still for sale is the problem, that's why I was wondering if I could just put my regulator on a paintball tank.

I've cleaned up the front shocks I have and i chopped up a small steel bike and got a few feet of pipe that i'll be able use.

any recommendations far an inexpensive welding mask?

Fixed shade masks can be had really cheaply- $20 or less if you look around. Auto-darkening masks are more expensive, but if you have a Harbor Fright nearby, look there. Princess Auto regularly has them for under $60, and I have no complaints. I used one for several years with no issues.

As for the paintball tank, again- you likely have to adapt it. If it's screw right on, try it.

My regulator fits perfectly on a 20oz paintball tank and I think it's only $5 to fill!

I found an auto darkening mask on harbor freight that I got a coupon for in a National Geographic. I hopefully will be able to order it and wire this weekend!

Now i'll finally be able to get stuff done!

would .023 wire be better for bike frames than .030 because it's thinner?

WAIT.. the one above the rear wheel of the tandem...
is that a fuel tank?!
It reminds me of the mattel v-rroom bike.
Bob, if it is and if you can: GET IT! (that's worth a fortune)

I can't help but wonder... Is that one of those bike I remember as a kid that was made to look like a motocross-type dirt bike? I always wanted one, never happened. As I recall, they had springs, too!

10 or 12 years ago I tried hard to get me one, but that never happened too :( (the prices went too high too fast)
I got me a motor though ;) Well five, three of which I still call my own.
got them for my muscle krates (or to be more precise "bonanzarad"... the german version of a muscle krate)

Oh, never have seen that one before..
My italian cafe racer style - muscle krate crossbreed looked a bit like that one before I mounted a M-bar.

@Bob, I'm curious enough to ask...
Could you take a picture or two of the bike in question if still available? That is if you do not intend to buy it anyways ;)
