Anderkart: great observation. I have clearance that's not visible in the mounting straps for the muffler.. The pipe is from bmi karts.. Its the u weld it kit, it's is 1" mild steel

This kart ain't gonna be raced.. Its only gonna be drifted so I won't have much contact with other carts unless i spin out and slide into something

Got the seat finally mounted

Took me longer to decide where i wanted it then actually doing the work..

Take note I'm 6'4" and 250 and this was the only way I felt comfortable

Mounting the seat this way gives me 2" of movement forward and 1" backwards for different riders..

Got it started today and the exhaust works great.. The ruckus exhaust gave the 2stroke a 4strome sound similar to a jetski without the silencer in.. So once I get the silencer in it will be perfect for the area I'm gonna ride it in..

The smoke is from a bad mix of gas.. Didn't look that oily in the can but quickly realized it was deff to much..

Ordered a new radiator for it and waiting on shipment.. Got alot of stuff todo but I've been trying to stick to my list so I don't try and skimp or rig anything to ride it and not finish the kart the right way

Without having a ton of time for my cart. I got to build the radiator mounts, mounted the fuel pump, ran the gas lines, coolant lines..

Waiting on a extended clutch cable to come in.

Almost on the home stretch. This took way longer then I expected. But that first ride should be awesome

The radiator is stock yamaha banshee radiator I scooped off eBay for 35 bucks shipped

The angle shows dented find at the angle its on.. In person it looks way cleaner then in that pic
