I just bought a clutch for my engine. Your supposed to put a bolt and a washer on the end of the shaft. The thing is, the shaft is solid (does not have a place to screw the bolt into). Do they make some sort of clip for this?

no, but your clutch should have keyway and two set screws, one to hold onto the keyway between clutch and crankcashft, and one that touches the crankshaft to make sure it dosent slip

Not necessarily.
Some clutches require a bolt, others do not.
The clutches that do not require a crankshaft bolt use set screws instead.
You have 2 possible options:
1.) Tap a hole in end of PTO to accept a bolt, or
2.) get a clutch that uses set screws to secure it to PTO.

u could drill your own hole and thread it

and kendelrk im giveing u a 10 % chance of ever getting that thing out in one peice
my bet is it is already stripped in there and just wedged sideways enough to seize
